OFCOM to make switching more easy!

Astonishing numbers of people have found their providers switched without their consent whilst others found either the wrong number had been switched or the process was too complicated. The MAC code practice has been in place to making switching easier but many are still cancelling their product and signing up for a fresh new contract leaving them up to 10 days without any service.
The new proposals also outline making a package deal easier to switch and all switches are to be vetted.
