Software Updates

Java Version 6 Update 16 available to download now at www.java.com
Adobe Reader 9.2.0 – Update from your existing Adobe Reader, help menu and “check for updates”, or visit: www.adobe.com
Tweetdeck – This is a great Twitter and Facebook posting browser, it uses Adobe’s Air platform, both Air and Tweetdeck have been updated recently, Tweetdeck is now version 0.31.1, it’s also available on iPhone from the app store. Adobe Air latest version is 1.5.2.
When Tweekdeck is minimised to the taskbar all new notifications are now previewed in the top right of screen.
For those who use Allway Sync as way of one of my installations or recommendations, or for those looking for a fantastic free synchronisation program, Allway Sync has now been updated to version 9.4.1, available at: www.allwaysync.com, Pro licenses are available for $19.95 
CCleaner has had a new update to version 2.24.10.10, download from: http://www.ccleaner.com/
Browser Chooser – I recently wrote about this great software, a tiny app that lets you choose the web browser to open when clicking a link from an external source such as a link within an email. New version is 1.0.8 Download from: http://browserchooser.codeplex.com/
Picasa 3.5 – Review coming this week. The update will be rolled out automatically, but if you can’t wait then download the latest version here:
