How do you process credit/debit card transactions?
We use a virtual terminal provided by Worldpay.com and Natwest Streamline.
This system does NOT require a PIN number, instead it requires we input your name, address, telephone number and/or email address along with your card details.
The information is transferred for processing using an SSL encrypted web form. The card information is not stored by nor available to Simple PC after processing.
The card information is not printed or available within the electronic email receipt sent to you (the customer) and the confirmation sent to us (Simple PC).
Simple PC is PCI compliant and verified by Trustwave.
