Samsung are rumoured to be preparing the Android 4.0 (Ice cream Sandwich) update for its Galaxy S II smartphones, due to be available as an over the air upgrade early March, this follows announcements from HTC and Sony Ericsson that their premium handsets will also be receiving the 4.0 upgrade late February.
