Free Advice Hotline

Jul 2008 on Simple PCLast time I looked I had a website that lists my services, the prices, it tells you a little bit about me and the business, there’s customer testimonials just so you get the feel of how good the service is that I provide, then there’s this Blog, it’s an outlet for me to write, I love technology, gadgets, electrical’s, if it’s new and I know about it, then you will too, with a few hints and tips, nothing too dramatic, hopefully it’s a fun read.
Then there’s my bank balance, a large chunk of which disappears each year spent on advertising, in fact it’s thousands of pounds, just to make sure I’m competitive in the market, that I’m out there and people looking for help have the choice of calling me, I work hard to create advertising that stands out, that says Call me, not the one before or the one after.
But I’ve missed something along the way!!! I’m not sure where??? I’ve looked at my advertising, over and over, may be its cryptic? But I just can’t see where it says Free Advice??? Call me, I’ll tell you how to fix it, then do it yourself. I don’t think I’m a TV channel making millions of advertising revenue, so I can afford to give away free advice?
But why is it that just recently I keep getting calls from people who think that Simple PC is Free PC? This morning Mrs W calls, I’ve got a message on the screen, my PC won’t boot up, what is it? Not a problem I’ll book you in and take a look at it, No don’t do that, I just want advice and I’ll fix it myself?????????????????????
Wait a minute, did you call me on my Free Phone number, No, call me back on 0800 xxx xxx, I’ll tell you how to fix everything and it won’t cost you a penny!
This brings me back to Mr Kumar, I have a house, bills to pay, and occasionally I like to eat food, what do you think pays for that????
