Posted by Simon Salvin on 04. Dec 2007 on TechnologyFollowing on from the last post, I thought I’d give a mention to www.amazon.co.uk who’s packaging and delivery is superb, certainly the best we’ve seen and free delivery on orders over £15. Top marks 
And now they’ve dumped Parcel Force in favour of Home delivery network the service is even better! Recently I ordered a bicycle, I received an email and telephone call to advise the exact delivery date and 2 hour time slot, they called on the day of delivery to advise they would arive shortly and a follow up call to ensure the delivery was to a room I requested had been completed sucessfully.
To the Parcel Force man who won’t come to my front door, it’s name and shame time again! Shame on you!
