Private Ryan’s gone bad!

A manufacturing error is causing the audio to fall out of sync by 1/5 of a second during a chapter crossover in the middle of the film. This has affected all the discs currently released in to the market. If you have purchased a copy then you can email or telephone the following freephone number, you’ll then be sent a freepost envelope to return the disc and receive a new corrected disc.
