Terms & Conditions

It’s the small print that’s not so small, but it is important.
We’ve broken it down in to sections so hopefully you can find the information you’re looking for quickly.

If there’s anything you feel is missing or don’t understand, please contact us and we’ll attempt to clarify it.

1. Repairs

  • It is sometimes necessary to take your PC/laptop to our premises to further diagnose and repair. If we need to do this we will:
  • Provide you with a receipt detailing the repair required and the condition of the PC.
  • The PC will be returned to you in the condition it left.
  • We will externally clean your PC (time permitting).
  • We will notify you of any additional costs involved outside of the quoted price before proceeding with any work.
  • Hardware repairs carry a 1 year parts & labour warranty.
  • Software repairs DO NOT carry a warranty, however we will fix any software issues arising from our initial software repair.
