Having done all that I could do to get my mobile broadband connection problem resolved, I realised that i needed a professional to sort out the issue. Using Google to do a local search I opted for Simple PC, as the website looked professional and informative. I sent an initial request and was delighted that I was contacted almost immediately. After giving a brief summary of the problem, I dropped my laptop off – on a Sunday and was contacted later the same day to be told that my laptop was now happy again and ready to be collected!! I cannot recommend Simon highly enough – great service, extremely competitive prices and very professional. I was unable to start my PC after a crash. I found SIMPLE PC from an advert in the yellow pages. I was delighted by the service and advice provided, particularly compared with the previous company I had used when something similar occurred. Not only was the re-install of Windows undertaken extremely quickly, all user files were recovered and reloaded and there were some excellent recommendations provided on low-cost hardware upgrades that dramatically improved performance. I was very impressed by Simon’s responsiveness – if you are looking for customer service and good value I would strongly recommend him, I will certainly be back in contact if I need further assistance in the future.

I read, with interest, your blog starring me as your home server guinea pig. I have to say it has completely turned round my feelings about Vista. Having had a year of poor performance, lost data and crashes, my patience was running out and I nearly threw it all away and changed to Apple. Fortunately I decided to have one last shot at fixing my computer rather than scrapping it and, as a result of approaching yourself, I have now a computer that works well, secure data backup, and, as an unexpected bonus, a faster and competent laptop as well. Additionally my network now really works properly, too. All this for less than the cost of replacing my desktop as I originally planned! I learnt a lot, too, as you worked on my kit and I’m really glad I took your route rather than following my own inclinations.
