Having done all that I could do to get my mobile broadband connection problem resolved, I realised that i needed a professional to sort out the issue. Using Google to do a local search I opted for Simple PC, as the website looked professional and informative. I sent an initial request and was delighted that I was contacted almost immediately. After giving a brief summary of the problem, I dropped my laptop off – on a Sunday and was contacted later the same day to be told that my laptop was now happy again and ready to be collected!! I cannot recommend Simon highly enough – great service, extremely competitive prices and very professional. Should I have the misfortune of requiring PC repairs in the future I wont hesitate to contact Simple PC again.
