Having had a year of poor performance, lost data and crashes, my patience was running out and I nearly threw it all away and changed to Apple. Fortunately I decided to have one last shot at fixing my computer rather than scrapping it and, as a result of approaching yourself, I have now a computer that works well, secure data backup, and, as an unexpected bonus, a faster and competent laptop as well. Additionally my network now really works properly, too. All this for less than the cost of replacing my desktop as I originally planned! I learnt a lot, too, as you worked on my kit and I’m really glad I took your route rather than following my own inclinations.
